2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms, including the ta3mal Privacy Statement constitute a binding agreement between you and ta3mal and are deemed accepted by you each time that you use or access this site or use any ta3mal services. If you do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use the ta3mal site or services. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.
Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the ta3mal site or services suspended or terminated, at ta3mal's discretion.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITEThe Site is intended for individuals seeking employment, individuals or SME's seeking talent and employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment or Start Ups seeking resources and opportunities through posting and bidding on projects. You may use this Site only for lawful purposes within the stated context of ta3mal's intended and acceptable use of the Site. The Company authorizes and allows you to view and utilize material on the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Except where otherwise expressly stated, you may not sell, modify, reproduce, copy, display, perform, distribute, transfer, use, publish, license or create derivate works from any Material or content contained on the Web Site.You represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the Site for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Site complies with these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise and modify these Terms and our Services at any time, in our sole discretion by posting an updated version on the Site. 6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONSWhen you visit ta3mal or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
You must be 16 years of age or older to visit or use the Site in any manner. By visiting ta3mal.com or accepting these Terms, You represent and warrant to the Company that You are 18 years of age or older, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to use the Site and agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to us that you will use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by the Company or by third parties.
If you use this site, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password regardless of whether they are authorized by you. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from an unauthorized use of your registration or password.
10.1 License to Use by Users who are Job Seekers. Ta3mal hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Sites only for your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You agree that You are solely responsible for the content of any document you post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting. Your use of the Site is a privilege. Ta3mal reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion.
10.2 License to Use by Users who are entrepreneurs. Ta3mal hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Sites only for your internal business or startup uses seeking candidates for short term projects or opportunities. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal use directly related to searching for and contacting other entrepreneurs and startups. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any document you post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting. Ta3mal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if ta3mal determines that you are in breach of these Terms.
10.4 License to Use by Users who are Employers. Ta3mal hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site only for your internal business use seeking candidates for employment. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal use directly related to searching for and recruiting job prospects. Ta3mal also grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive license to use the ta3mal Materials and Services for your internal use only. You may not sell, transfer or assign any of the Services or your rights to any of the Services provided by Ta3mal to any third party without the express written authorization of ta3mal. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any document you post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting. Ta3mal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if ta3mal determines that you are in breach of these Terms.
10.5 Consent of ta3mal. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any listings or descriptions; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another entity; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of ta3mal. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of ta3mal without express written consent. You may not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing ta3mal' name or trademarks without the express written consent of ta3mal. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by ta3mal. You may not create a hyperlink to the home page of ta3mal without ta3mal' express written permission.

All of the following are the exclusive intellectual property of ta3mal or its content or software suppliers, licensors or affiliates and protected by country law and international copyright laws: (i) all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, (ii) the compilation of all content on this site (iii) all trademarks and service marks and (iv) all software used on this site. By using this site, you agree (a) not to use any of these items of intellectual property without permission from ta3mal and (b) to release (name of site) and its affiliates and licensors from any liability or claims for any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement.
Ta3mal' graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, or trade dress of ta3mal, or its affiliates or licensors, in Qatar and/or other countries. These items may not be used in connection with any website or service that is not ta3mal', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among its customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits ta3mal or its affiliates or licensors.

Ta3mal respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately.

16. ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO EMPLOYERS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your employer account, profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be responsible for all uses of your ta3mal site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify ta3mal of any unauthorized use of your employer account, profile, or passwords.
Employers are solely responsible for their postings on ta3mal sites. Ta3mal is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any ta3mal site and ta3mal shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on any ta3mal site.
You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your employer account or your employer account is terminated, all your account information from ta3mal, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from ta3mal' databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through ta3mal' web servers.
17. JOB and PROJECT POSTINGS
A Job posting may not contain:
(a) any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by ta3mal;
(b) misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in ta3mal' reasonable discretion;
(c) the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by ta3mal;
(d) the names of colleges, cities or countries that are unrelated to the posting;
(e) more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, save where expressly agreed by ta3mal;
(f) inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
(g) material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
You may not use your ta3mal job posting to:
(a) post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment
opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
(b) post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise allowed by law;
(c) post jobs that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job;
(d) sell, promote or advertise products or services;
(e) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
(f) post any business opportunity that requires an up-front or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
(g) post any business opportunity that pays commission only unless the posting clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling;
(h) promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment or a bona fide internship;
(i) post jobs on any ta3mal Site for modeling, acting, talent or entertainment agencies or talent scouting positions;
(j) advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
(k) request the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy;
(l) endorse a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
(n) promote a particular religion.
Ta3mal reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any ta3mal Site, which in the reasonable exercise of ta3mal' discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that ta3mal believes is not in the best interest of ta3mal.
If at any time during your use of the ta3mal site or services, you make a misrepresentation of fact to ta3mal or otherwise misled Ta3mal in regards to the nature of your business activities, Ta3mal will have grounds to terminate your use of the ta3mal site and services.
18. TA3MAL' LIABILITY
The ta3mal site acts as, among other things a venue for employers to post job opportunities. Ta3mal does not screen or censor the listings, including profiles offered. Ta3mal is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, ta3mal is not responsible for Employer User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and ta3mal makes no representations about any jobs or Employer User Content on the ta3mal sites. While Ta3mal reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove Employer User Content, job postings or other material from the ta3mal sites from time to time, ta3mal does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the ta3mal site. By its very nature other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using the ta3mal sites.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, ta3mal cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on any ta3mal site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release ta3mal (and our affiliates, licensors, agents and employees) from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes are periodically made to ta3mal' site and may be made at any time. Ta3mal cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of any ta3mal site. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from ta3mal or through or from any ta3mal site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Ta3mal encourages you to keep a back-up copy of any of your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall ta3mal be liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any User Content.
If notified of any content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, ta3mal may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to remove or request the removal of the content. Ta3mal has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
Any career advice provided to a user of the ta3mal is offered in good faith but you agree that ta3mal and its employees and agents are not employment or career professionals and that you will use your own judgment on whether and to what degree to rely on such career advice. Ta3mal, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and licensors, does not represent,
Warrant, promise or guarantee any specific outcome in relation to its career advice or that such outcome will always be successful or positive. By using the ta3mal website and services, including but not limited to any career advice it may offer, you release ta3mal and its affiliates and licenors from all liability that may arise in relation to such career advice.

20. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to ta3mal or to services provided by ta3mal or through ta3mal will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, unless required by Qatari law.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to ta3mal.
